One of the outstanding features of AHP Merkle is the way we work together in self-organized, agile teams. The team structure no longer includes any traditional department heads. Instead, the members of the team all work out the guidelines according to which their tasks are performed themselves and select two team coordinators who take care of the organization of the department for a term of two years. The big advantage of team organization from our perspective is that each member of the team can act independently up to a clearly defined limit, and thus develop his full potential.
