That is why we always direct our thinking and our creative potential towards finding solutions that are optimal for the customer, while also breaking new ground. Our top priority here is to continuously improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our products.
Customers who turn to AHP Merkle can count on a product range that is based on systematic logic and the service that goes with it. This includes in particular our modular design system, which provides wide scope for putting together individual cylinder types, while also facilitating the development of new customer-specific products.
The quality of our production
If you have to answer for the quality of a product, the best approach is to make it yourself – and with the highest possible in-house production depth. We therefore manufacture our hydraulic cylinders exclusively at our headquarters in Gottheim located in the South Baden region of Germany. Here we can rely on a modern machine park which is clearly defined according to DIN ISO 9001 certified processes and our highly motivated, comprehensively trained employees. And, as our customer, you profit threefold: from our outstanding product quality, high flexibility and short delivery times.

We don't just sell you hydraulic cylinders – we offer you custom-fit motion solutions for your applications. For this reason, the members of our Sales and Technology Teams are not classical salespersons, but rather, technically skilled men and women, i.e. 17 experts with a total of more than 200 years of experience in the field of hydraulics.

Declarations of conformity
We work hand in hand with our suppliers, with most of which we have collaborated for a long time, to ensure compliance with various applicable legal requirements along the supply chain that affect AHP Merkle GmbH. This particularly applies to restrictions or limitations with regard to materials used in the production and distribution of our hydraulic cylinders. In this context, we make our declarations of conformity concerning REACH, RoHS, conflict minerals, and TSCA available here. These declarations are subject to regular review and adaptations as necessary.

ISO 9001:2015
The pursuit of 100% quality has always been established practice at our company. But now we have also proof of this in writing. With this certificate, we verify that we use a quality management system and meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 in development, design, production and sales.
AEO certification
As an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), we enjoy numerous privileges within the customs legislation of the European Union. Many of our procedures which are relevant for customs law are thus simplified. Our customers benefit from this through faster delivery times and less red tape.
