Information and notification specifying of AHP Merkle GmbH

The data you hand over to AHP Merkle GmbH (name, first name, company, zip code / city, telephone number, e-mail address) are used by AHP Merkle GmbH for the purpose of establishing contact with interested parties. This can be the desired sending of information or the preparation of an offer.

Your data will not be transmitted by AHP Merkle to a third country or passed on to a 3rd party, except for our processors.

If you wish to receive information about the data you have stored with us, you can contact the contact person listed below (see contact details). The relevant information will be communicated to you as soon as possible in a format that corresponds to the state of the art. In case that your data is not properly filed, you have the right to have it corrected. After the end of the contract, you are also entitled to block the use of your data by AHP Merkle GmbH. In this case, AHP Merkle will also inform any third parties who were involved in the fulfillment of the contract about your request for data deletion.

Use of special services of our website
For certain services (newsletter, registration for training ...) it is necessary that personal data is collected. In this case, only the data required for the respective purpose are collected and the statutory retention periods are taken into account.


Newsletter subscribers
We offer you a free newsletter to inform you about current topics at AHP Merkle. These include, for example, our training calendar and information about new products. The newsletter is sent via the company Inxmail GmbH, who will be provided with their e-mail address from our ERP system. Inxmail GmbH has signed a data processing contract with AHP Merkle according to the EU-DSGVO. The data received will be processed by Inxmail GmbH exclusively for the purposes of the contract processing described in the contract.

We use anonymous tracking to analyze the information received, which does not enable conclusions to be drawn on a particular newsletter subscriber.
In addition, with the newsletter you automatically receive the option of objecting to the use of your e-mail address for further dispatch. In this case, the use for both - AHP Merkle and Inxmail GmbH - is prohibited (opt-out).

Existing customers
As an existing customer of AHP Merkle, you will still receive the newsletter until you make use of the in each newsletter attached possibility of objection.

New customer or new supplier
As our new customer or new supplier, you will receive the newsletter only if you have given your consent. For this purpose, the Double Opt-In variant is used, which allows a legally compliant logging of the application.

Customer account

CAD drawings/3d Models
To optimize our offer you have the possibility to download CAD drawings/3d models on our website. For this purpose, you will be forwarded to the external provider Cadenas GmbH. Applications
For the application process, which can be initiated by mail or via » bewerbung@ahp.de, the following personal data are processed - name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number (landline and / or mobile), application letter and attachments, separate attachments. These data will be used exclusively for the application process and will be forwarded internally to the relevant departmental supervisor, who will in principle delete the data 3 months after completing the application process. In case on your application follows the conclusion of an employment contract, the data is included in the personal file. The handling of the data of minors under the age of 16 is described separately in the chapter "Children".

Payment and credit check
To process payments, we pass on your payment data to the bank responsible for the payment. If necessary, we obtain a credit report from Euler Hermes (Hamburg branch) and Creditreform to safeguard our legitimate interests. Your concerns will be considered in accordance with the statutory provisions.


Delivery of goods
Your data will be forwarded to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.
